Importing Leads to an Existing Chat

There are four ways to import/add new leads to an existing chat.

1. Merge Chat - combine several chats into one
2. Generate with List Builder - add more leads using the List Builders eg using Google Maps/Look Alike
3. Import CSV
4. Add Manual Leads

Top right, we have the Actions button, click on that to open the drop down menu, click on 'Import Leads'
