Building your first list

Follow these steps to build your first prospect list in Kuration.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • A Kuration account
  • A clear idea of who you want to target (e.g. "sponsors of fintech events in EMEA")

Step 1: Add a source

In the app, click New project or open an existing one. Then:

  1. Paste a URL (e.g. an event sponsor page), or
  2. Upload a PDF or CSV, or
  3. Type what you need in the chat box

Example: "Find all exhibitors from Web Summit 2025 with VP+ contacts."

Step 2: Let Kuration extract

Our agents will:

  • Extract structured data from your source
  • Enrich with decision-maker contacts where possible
  • Score and deduplicate leads

You can watch progress in the dashboard.

Step 3: Review and export

When extraction is done:

  • Review the table and columns
  • Filter or sort as needed
  • Export to CSV, Google Sheets, or push to your CRM

Troubleshooting

No results found

  • Check that the URL is public and accessible.
  • Try a more specific or different source.

Missing contacts

  • Enrichment depends on available data. Use the People Finder agent to fill gaps.
